Proceedings of PORTS '13, the 13th Triennial International Conference, held in Seattle, Washington, August 25-28, 2013. Sponsored by the Ports and Harbors Committee of the Coasts, Oceans, Ports, and Rivers Institute of ASCE and PIANC.
